MILNET Brief: Prisons and Hispanic Gangs - The Process, 06/01/2008
A few years ago, MILNET was amazed by the relationship between
prisons and street gangs. We dug a little deeper and found a
frighteningly correlation between prisons and drug smuggling
operations across the border. The linkage? Hispanic
Gangs. Primarily boasting of membership of young Mexicans in
gangs created as far south of the border as El Salvador. MS-13
for instance is well known and already a major plague in most cities,
even as far as way from the border as Hartford, Connecticut or New York
City.
The prison connection is almost too hard to believe, but it is now well
documented as part of "the process". Here's how it works.
Gang members in half or more of the U.S. organizations are
recruited in prison. That's right. In prison. Lefty's
response is arrogant and stupid, empty the prisons. Oh
sure. The recruiting is not ad hoc by no means. Illegals
from the drug smugglers routinely wind up in prison on drug violations.
These "members" then prey on hispanics, blacks, and whites who they
feel will make violent contributors to the street gangs in Los Angeles,
or Houston. Numbers? Congressional testimony by every law
enforcement agency along the border plus national organizations like the FBI and
Homeland Security all, sadly, point to the same conclusion.
Think on it. Where will you find a lot of the violent people you
want to recruit to run drugs, threaten competitors, punish squealers,
and fight the cops almost on a daily basis? That's right, in
prisons. And as we point out, this is not serendipity. The
organization works in a well oiled machinery...here's a diagram for you
visually oriented readers:
The step-by-step demonstrates how frighteningly simple this process is:
Drug smugglers link up with MS-13 or other radicalized violent criminal organizations
Drug smugglers make use of these "members" in ferrying drugs
and/or their side business, smuggling people into the U.S. across the
border
Most waltz in scott-free and meet up with their cohorts in a
southern border cities, some of which have sanctuary laws that prohibit
police to even ask about their immigration status (a clear federal law
violation, but the cities don't give a damn). Some migrate as far
away as Connecticut.
Some are captured on the way in, and reside in jails waiting for
overcrowded court system to work the wheels of immigration
machinery. Some have girlfriends who came over with them and have
a baby, a new U.S. citizen, while they are waiting for trial.
Some impregnate girls already living here and they too have new
citizens. Some of the girls aren't given much choice in the
matter, some are out-and-out raped producing more new citizens.
Many participate in day-to-day street crimes including usually,
something to do with drugs, extortion or just plain violence while
"playing" in the streets of America.
A regular path leads into the prison system for many, some
without ever having their illegal status discovered until well after
they have been incarcerated. That is part of the plan, they
depend on the slow wheels of immigration justice to ensure their
recruiting plan still works.
While in jail or prison, they prey on "subceptibles" and recruit them into their organizations.
When the new recruits get out of prison (it's called "graduation"
or hispanic slang which means essentially the same), they immediately
find that their new friends tipped off their new "family" on
their release and these new colleagues are ready to welcome them into
their new careers. Not as if many of the recruits have any choice
in the matter.
New recruits swell the ranks, replacing any original south-of-the-border members who eventually got deported in "the process".
Those deported, wait a while, take a break in the battle,
and then start all over again by crossing into the U.S. If they
go to prison, well, more time off with food and a place to sleep til
they try next time. Some have done this three and four times. No big
deal. And not surprisingly, they find a wealth of protection and
benefits in prison...they are popular and different enough from the
main population... they have some advantages in prison over your
average violent convict. Long term convicts don't mess with
the likes of MS-13 for instance...if they do, they might not survive
their wait for release or parole. It's called easy time, by the
way, not too much different then enlisting in the Army for a few years.
Sound too fantastic to believe? Sorry, not fiction. This is
a working system that has been well documented AND IN OPERATION FOR
OVER A DECADE IF NOT TWO.
Feeding this system is the flood of illegals coming across the border
that camouflage the secret assault on our country. We place this
in terms of national security for a good reason. If you don't buy
into the dangers of illegal immigration...don't believe there are costs
to our society from socialist raised, disaffected citizens of Mexico
strolling in to make a buck and take advantage of our liberalized
health and other services, fine. We pray for you especially if
you live in a city near the border.
However, you can't ignore this other danger that stems from the same
flood. Numbers? 2 % to 3% of those detected illegally
crossing are destined to or are already involved with the Hispanic
gangs. Whoa! That's huge when you are talking 1, 2 or even
3 million illegals a year. That's a lot of potential prison
inmates, and a lot of violent criminals. And notice Homeland
Security always prefaces their testimony with the key word
"detected". Homeland Security readily admitted recently
that they are truly only guessing at the MINIMUM numbers of illegals
crossing in a year. Talk to one of those focused on the border
and you find they believe it is a lot higher than the numbers cited
before Congress.
In any case, the system can be summarized as Join, Cross, Deal some
drugs, extort or even Kill a few of your enemies, then eventually to
to Prison and take a break. Recruit, go home. Start over,
loop until killed. And surprisingly, there doesn't seem to be any
end to this process, nor any lack of "volunteers". As we said
before. Amazing.
