Supposedly
a legal religious teachings organization questioned after the Bombay
train blasts. Founded in 1911 as a religious organization,
remains legal in Pakistan and India today. Sources
indicate that the group evolved into radical group intent upon
separation between Muslim, Hindu, and to a much lesser degree
Christians. Today the group may be a non-violent, Muslim
separtist movement. There is no evidence that the group has ever
participated in a terrorist act and at most might be considered
politely subversive.
