Defense counsel disputes this and states that the Govt is not providing complete discovery. The Court inquires as to what discovery was provided to the defts. Defense counsel requests relief from the Protective Order. Specifically, counsel requests to make copies of the discovery provided for their investigator, that associate attorneys and staff working on this case be allowed to view the discovery and that the defts also be allowed to view the discovery. The Court ordered that copies of discovery can be made for counsels use, two associate attorneys working on the case are allowed to view the discovery and that the defts may view the discovery provided, but not portions of the Search Warrant affidavits.
