Activities

Leroy Charles Wheeler, Dougla Allen Baker, Richard John Oelrider, Dennis Brett Henderson were arrested for alleged manufacture of weapons of mass destruction. After their arrest and during legal searches, castor beans and other materials and equipment required to manufacture ricen, a toxic nerve agent as well as small amounts of the nerve agent itself were found.
