Welcome! MILNET is pleased to announce our first
ever visitor survey. This first survey is designed to do two
things
-- gather some demographic data on our MILNET visitors -- nothing
private, just information we can use to understand a little about the
thinking of our visitors and why you come to MILNET. The second
goal is to get you to answer two pressing political questions.
Your identify is not attached to the questions, however we do use your
IP address to make sure you don't answer the questions twice. Here are
the two political questions we'd like to get answers for:
"Do you believe there is a growing worldwide socialist agenda?"
"Do you believe that most liberals in the U.S. have a socialist
agenda?"
In April 2005 we asked, "Should the U.S. have gone to
war in Iraq?"
In June 2005 we asked, "Should members of the Legislative or
Executive
Branch publicly make comments
that will undoubtedly be used as propoganda or harm U.S. soldiers
involved in combat operations?"
In October of 2006 we added a new question, "In your opinion,
would a withdrawl from Iraq by U.S. forces, whether
phased or immediate, be harmful to the Middle East?"
If you don't quite understand the term "Socialist Agenda" question,
take a look
at our briiefing on Socialism.
If you don't understand any question or don't like the choices of
answers we offer, there is always the "I can't answer" type response
available.
To get to vote, you need to answer our demographic questions first, so
that we can properly judge how fair the polling is and understand a
little about our visitors on MILNET! We will walk
you though the four demographic questions, then we'll ask our four
political questions. After that, you'll get to view the
results. You can also view
the questions used in the survey before you start.
So to get started, answer this first demographic question. (note
you must answer the demographics, but will be given an opportunity to
skip all but the October 10 question later).
