Tactical Satellites

The concept is an older idea which previously was totally unaffordable. However it becomes easier to implement as satellite AND launch technologies become less and less expensive.

The idea is also a simple one. Use low orbit, launch now sensor platforms over your battlefield, so that you can have "right now" real time intelligence in the hands of the planning commander.

Various exploratory projects have been funded, but the projects now appear to either have been cancelled or gone totally black (undercover of classified projects and budgets).
