The following table lists suspects arrested nationwide in the U.S. since 9/11. All arrested are presumed innocent unless a conviction has been indicated, thus are alleged to have committed terrorist crimes.

Nageeb Abdul Jabar Mohamed Al-Hadi Toronto, Canada Found upon arrival on a Germany to Chicago airliner with three assumed falseYemeni passports. He was captured in Canada due to diversions of aircraft that cleared the skies on 9/11. Al-Hadi is a sales agent for Lufthansa in Yemen and was carrying crew uniforms leading authorities to believe he may have been embarked to provide materials to terrorists bent on hijacking a Lufthansa aircraft on or after 9/11.

Ramzi Binalshibh Karachi German investigators issued an arrest warrant for Binalshibh, after he was detained in Karachi. Thought to be the "20th" hijacker -- he visa to enter the U.S. was denied on 9/11. He and two others Said Bahaji and Zakariya Essabar both Morrocans living in Germany -- the three are suspected of coordinatin and planning with Mohammad Atta, the ring leader of the 9/11 attacks.

Tarek Maaroufi Belgium Arrested on December 19, 2001 for recruting fighters for Al Qaeda, charged with criminal association, forgery, and recruiting for a foreign military organization,and was traced during a passport forgery ring investigation.

Brahim Benmerzouga Leicaster,
U.K. 2 of 3 Accused of raising funds for Al Qaeda, being members of the terrorist group Al Qaeda and various other terrorist related charges.

Kamel Daoudi Leicaster,
U.K. 3 of 3 Accused of raising funds for Al Qaeda, being members of the terrorist group Al Qaeda and various other terrorist related charges. Later extradited to France. Suspected of being involved n a plot to attack U.S. interests in France, including the French Embassay in Paris, a plot ordered by Abu Aubaydah, senior aid to Osama Bin Laden.

Said Laidouni Paris,
France Alleged Al Qaeda member arrested late in December, 2001 -- recruited in London, trained in Afghanistan. French released him at one point and he failed to reappear as scheduled and was missing until picked up in December.

Djamel Beghal UAE Confessed to being involved in a plot to attack U.S. interests in France, including the French Embassay in Paris, a plot ordered by Abu Aubaydah, senior aid to Osama Bin Laden.

Ahmed Brahim Spain Arrested in April of 2002, suspected of being the chief accountant for Al Qaeda. Investigators he was the accountant for the German Al Qaeda cell that planned and carried out the 9/11 attacks and have traced more than $600,000 paid out to members of that cell.
